Returns

We want your experience with Desire and Sleep to feel effortless and reassuring. If, for any reason, your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must remain unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. To begin a return, simply reach out to us by email with your order number and reason for return. Unless the item is faulty or incorrectly delivered, return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.

Once your return has arrived and has been carefully inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
